The book My Brother Sam is dead is a fairly good book. It is well written and has much emotion. This book is about a kid named Tim. His brother, Sam, goes to war, although his father doesn't want him to. Sam is a Patriots aand his father is a Torie. Tim doesn't know who's side to be on. It is very wrenching.
The book My Brother Sam is Dead is a action packed book that would keep you wanting more.The main charictor Tim has to pick a side, he can be on his fathers side with the tories or be on his brothers side with the patriots. From almost getting killed to saving his family wich side will Tim choose.
My brother sam is dead,is about a man named Tim.His brother Sam is a patriot.His dad is a loyalist.one day sam comes back from war and steals the brown bess.The brown bess is very special to the dad.After that bad things start to happen a man took a sword and cut a slit on the dads face,people are starting to die,but worst of all his dad dies.Something a little worse than that is its time for Tim to choose, loyalist or patriot?

Read to find out if the brother dies. I recommend this book to anyone that likes war or that likes James LIncoln Collier and Christopher Collier.
